- She doesn't need to lose it but she won't be told. So I will help her achieve it.Mostly my assistance will be in ensuring she works out daily and gets a sweat up.
- I will introduce her to some new weights exercises and also go running with her.
- She wants to lose the weight by the end of December so that's our target.
- The next step: print off a monthly calendar and plan out our workouts.
